  I've had better experience at cheap motels at half the price. What a joke for $200.00 a day. No condiments and cheap appliances, and weak Wifi signal

  This is a busy, older yet well built hotel. The management / staff obviously strive to maintain the property in excellent condition. It appears to have been renovated within the last ten years. The staff is VERY friendly and responsive to requests. The 24-hour airport / area shuttle is great and easy to schedule online via the app. My room was immaculately clean (to include the microwave and refrigerator). The furniture is well built, in good condition, comfortable and cozy (my room had a sofa-bed as well). My bed was firm (my preference) so I slept very well, and I appreciated the ergonomic desk chair. The bathroom is a tad small, and a bit worn (shower pan) with low water pressure, but very clean. My room had a large sink area outside of the lavatory, so that was very nice. The bath and bed linens were in very good condition and on the plush side. Parking is ample and safe (a 24-hour full-service Denny's that includes a lounge shares the parking lot), and while the area isn't necessarily beautiful (near I-90, airport industrial park and a large fuel station), it seemed safe, well lighted and maintained and VERY convenient for the airport and all areas of Spokane. The included breakfast is via a coupon arrangement with Denny's across the parking lot. To me this was a brilliant option...one can choose from the available coupon options, or use the coupon as a $7.00 credit toward your bill if you order other items. What puts this hotel above others in the area is the staff: they really strive to go the extra mile to please and be responsive. "Mary" and "Parker" at the front desk, and my housekeeper "Elizabeth" are stars, but honestly, every staff member seemed friendly and helpful.

  Booked this room last minute a week ago through chase travel. Due to the fires in Spokane our flights were cancelled sadly the hotel decided they could not refund. I understand I booked a reservation that could not refund but did expect the flight cancellations when we booked the reservations.

  Flight got canceled so had to stay the night here. The staff was great. Kind and helpful and they picked us up from the airport. Shoutout to Crystal, Chloe, and Peter.

  Our flight got cancelled and BW was ready to pick us up with the shuttle within 10 minutes of calling to book a room. Chloe and Peter did a wonderful job getting my family and an additional 4 families checked in last minute because of the flight. Our room was cleaned very well by Jose. I can be a bit picky about the cleanliness of hotel rooms and I did not have one complaint! Chrystalee was helpful and kind when driving us to the airport the next day. We had Denny’s for breakfast the next day using the voucher. There was a bit of a wait due to Denny’s being understaffed but those working were doing their best! Overall I was very pleased with our stay. Thank you for making an obvious effort to ensure a great experience for guests!
