  Es muy buena ubicación, el servicio doy el + 10 desde la recepción y el desayuno increíble todo delicioso la Sra que está alpendiente de desayuno muy amable y mantiene todo muy limpio le doy + 10 y la habitación todo muy limpio

  Was a layover location for my family while traveling. Called at 11 PM and got a room for my kids, husband and 2 dogs for the night. Great place.

  We only had a couple of small issues. The bed was a little stiff but not uncomfortable (personal preference) and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working, but they were responsive when we let them know.

  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms, restrooms, & restaurant were all very clean & well maintained, & you can't beat the price. This will definitely be our go-to hotel whenever we travel to the Tri-Cities. A special shout-out to Juana, who works the morning breakfast buffet; she is a true asset to the hotel. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety of options.
