  We had a great time staying at this hotel with our seven-year old over the weekend. She particularly loved the outdoor pool! I appreciated the clean, well-maintained hotel with no strong fragrances. (I am sensitive to smells.) I appreciated the careful design touches - faux flowers throughout, a little frog figurine garden to cover an electric box outside the window of the breakfast room. They even stocked the same green tea I drink at home!

  Monroe best western Place is clean. Rooms are good but if you are to stay because of a business or you are to work somewhere earlier than 6 am forget the breakfast they won't let you grab on the go, someone guard the foods so you wont touch any.

  Its just a run down hotel with nice staff. The mattress was worn-out, with a big sag in where a person would lay down. The electrical outlets are old, barely hold the plugs, and have no USB ports. The elevator is old and worn too. I've stayed here a couple times but we won't be staying here going forward.

  My husband and I stayed here last weekend and it was a lovely stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and everything was to our liking. The breakfast was delicious, hot, and had many different options…we ate it every morning of our stay. Our room was clean, quiet, well maintained and the bed was comfy. It also had a nice jacuzzi tub. Great price for our stay as well and it was nearby many restaurants and things to do in the area. Will be back next time we are in the area!
