A good value for a quality hotel. We have put this down as a definite place to return to.

Room was clean. Ice available. Water available from a jug in the fitness room. Breakfast available in the morning. Unfortunately a lot of shops and stores nearby close quite early

The hotel staff cancelled our reservation for a big event weekend without any notification to us. Told us we cancelled it which we did not. No email or phone call notifying us of the cancellation. Leaving us having to travel an hour away to find another hotel. After communicating with Expedia, they confirmed the hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation. Do not book with them unless you want to be left looking for a hotel at the last minute.

Room was clean and smelled great, breakfast was great for free, overall we had a great stay, and location was perfect right in the middle of all the shops, right next door to marshes museum, one block off from scoopers ice cream place, highly recommend.
