  Spent a week here while exploring the Palouse. Expected an average hotel, but this Best Western is far from average. The location can’t be beat. The hotel is clean and you can tell the staff really cares about the guests and their hotel. Rita and the rest of the staff have been incredible. Helpful in every way possible, and a pleasure to talk with. She even made fresh cookies for the guests. Top notch Best Western and staff.

  It's a great place to stay, when you're visiting the area and the quad cities are booked due to area graduations or baseball world series at Lewis Clark State College. Or just stay a little out of the way to enjoy the friendly staff.

  Good location at the west end of town. The town is pretty quiet at night (and a STRICT 25 mph speed limit) so there was no traffic noise. 8The staff were very attentive, and the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast nook included a chef making omelettes! Way cool (and tasty too). That's a nice step up from waffles (they have those too!)!

  I have stayed at Best Western properties more than 10 times across different locations, and this was by far the worst front desk experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly from the moment I arrived. She showed zero warmth or professionalism. She barely spoke to me, didn’t smile, and acted like I was inconveniencing her. She only wanted my details, processed the check-in, and sent me to the room without any information whatsoever. She didn’t explain anything about the hotel no details about breakfast timings or location, no information about the pool, amenities,or anything else. It genuinely felt like she was unhappy that I was checking in and staying without paying. The entire interaction was unwelcoming, and unprofessional. After staying at so many Best Western hotels, I expect a minimum standard of courtesy and basic guest service. This receptionist fell far below that standard. I hope management looks into this. Guests deserve to feel welcome, not treated like a burden. Would not recommend this particular location based on this experience.
