  I had an excellent experience working with employee Zeletta! She was professional, helpful, and attentive throughout my entire process of staying here. She consistently demonstrated a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond to assist whenever needed. Her communication was clear and respectful, and she handled her responsibilities efficiently and with great attention to detail. I truly appreciated her dedication and the effort she made to ensure everything was completed smoothly. Overall, she provided outstanding services and is a AMAZING asset to the BestWestern team. I would highly recommend them and would be happy to stay with them again. Thank you Zeletta!

  My stay was absolutely horrible. There were several types of bugs in the room, and I was up all night trying to kill them. The smoke detector also kept going off throughout the night, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. One of the mattresses desperately needs to be replaced; it was so sunken in that it looked like someone had been sleeping in the same spot for 30 years. Because of these unacceptable conditions, I checked out less than 24 hours after arriving.

  Zoletta greeted me as soon as we walked in to the lobby. She was very pleasant and smiled all the time and was laughing with us. When I noticed something wrong with one of my rooms, she didn't hesitate to accommodate our needs. I liked Zoletta. I GIVE HER 5 STARS!

  This was my first bad experience in a Best Western hotel. When we check in nobody informed us that we needed to clean our own room the 4 nights we were there. The floors were dirty. There was a bad smell under the beds. No TV control and body wash. The maintenance guy came to the room to bring the control with a cigarette in his hands. Workers were smoking around the facility and it also had a strong smelled of mariguana. It was not a heathy environment for my kids. The breakfast was not good at all. There was not enough towels at the pool for everyone. Front person was overworked. Not good management.

  Un gradevole posto , l’unica pecca è che se non richiedi la pulizia camera,(dopo 3 giorni ho chiesto di cambiarmi gli asciugamani.) Mancava il phone e il bagnoschiuma che ho dovuto richiedere anche quelli.
