  Horrible Shuttle and customer service. I utilized Best Western for “off airport“parking and i was left in the heat for over 40 minutes. I called constantly and spoke with a “Michelle” whom assured me the shuttle was on the way and or should be on premises (multiple times). I eventually was rudely told guests have been dropped off and she wasn’t sure what happened, no apologies and almost as though I inconvenienced them. Luckily a kind, Hampton Inn Suite shuttle saw me melting in the sun and offered to drop me off !!!

  King room smelled of smoke with some type of air freshener to cover it. Made worse when AC would cycle. Sons dou le room had no smell. Rooms are a bit tired but location was great after a 9 hour flight. Ample parking, staff very friendly. Free breakfast has everything you could need to start the day. Overall would use again.

  Can't beat the location really and the parking is ample. The room size though is quite small so a family will find themselves tripping over themselves and others constantly. It's not a bad hotel by any means but prepare to be cozy.
