  The location was great, I did the online check in and when I got to the front desk my key cards were waiting for me. The hotel was very clean, bed soft and comfortable.. and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend.

  Wow. This is NOT your “old” BW. The property is renovated & frankly punches way above its weight class! NOTE: Don’t get scared by the 1 star reviews. They seem to be from years ago when it was likely out of date. Not any more - it’s a super fresh and clean. The rooms are updated. Large flat screen TV + super comfy beds + different kinds of pillows … The lobby is bright and welcoming, with a nice warm touch via the fixtures and lights etc. The rooms are completely updated and look like a top notch business class hotel. Maryanne (sp?) was awesome and she welcomed us like one would welcome guests to their home. It’s more than a highway hotel… it’s a fresh welcoming space!

  Stayed one night on a business trip. Room was super clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and they had several choices for breakfast. Dining area wa was clean with an attendant also.

  I must admit I was skeptical about staying at a Best Western but, family members recommended this as the best in the area. Upon our check-in, we were greeted with a exceptional service. The king room was clean, air condition worked wonderful and the water pressure was nice and water hot! Mini fridge worked well and there's a microwave; however, we didn't use the microwave. Our only disappointment was not having breakfast. It looked and smelled good and the area was exceptionally clean. But we had to eat with our parents at their home. Shout out to Christy, Lisa and Akash for excellent communication via SMS. In addition, the houskeeping staff responded to our requests quickly. If possible, I hope Management will give you all some type of monetary award. BW Plus South Hill Inn you made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. Thank you! ~Giles Family

  Fantastic stay! I travel.for work all over Virginia and this will be my new spot where I'm working in the area! From check in to check out, great service! Breakfast was great with many options, shower was good, plenty of hot water! Beds omg so comfy with amazing pillows! Clean rooms, grounds and pool! Safety is always my biggest concern because I travel with tools and equipment and had zero issues! Lots of blue collar working trucks in parking lot.
