  Awful! Best Western "plus" is supposed to be a higher end version with better quality. Do not stay here! Been renovated...ha...maybe outside...not the rooms. Couch in the room is thilthy..looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Carpet is dirty and stained. Outdated showers. TV didn't work. Blackout curtains....ha...right...all the sun came right through them. Definatly not worth the price stayed. Did I mention breakfast 🤢🤮 like I mentioned do not stay here you will regret it.

  The room we had was dirty. The carpet had stains on it, the sofa was dirty, and when we open it up the matress was stained and dirty also. The king side bed we had was very uncomfortable there was a big lump in it and the night stand had dust all on it. I will never ever stay here again with my family, our three nights was miserable.

  Room smelled musty, couch and lamp shades all had major stains on them. Bed clothes had some stains, box spring had lots of dust under the headboard. Remote had low batteries so I got another set from the front desk and the woman pulled a pair out of a remote she had and those were worse and only got my tv turned on. Freezer had food stains in the inside. Shower had women’s hair stuck on the wall. The bath towel had a super curly hair tangled in it. Breakfast powder eggs, sausage links, tater tots that tasted like it was microwaved. No had soap in the room. No coffee pods in room with the kurig coffee maker. Upon checking out on Tuesday nobody at the front desk to speak with. Overall was experience that I would not recommend this place to stay at. Very unprofessional

  Rooms was nice. However as a diamond member and as much traveling we do, Im sick of seeing these nice places get worked by lazy people who dont want to be there. Untrained an lazy. I called corporate one to many times on this place. One if you say breakfast is at 6-9 for the amount of money I pay a night at 820 in the morning don't tell. E your not gonna make anymore food. Its not my fault I couldn't walk through the door early enough. I get off when I get off.. food better be there. The front desk is untrained . We had to move twice cause they kept messing up on my stay.. wyndham hire in people who can do the job. An have a manager there to handle these things. Hardly saw the manager an when we did we got told he comes in at noon or so..

  The facility has went down in quality from the last time I stayed there in earlier 2014. Stuck with what was familiar. My room two rooms were changed twice due to the tv not having service and poor quality of the rooms. My first room had car air fresheners in the ac unit, poorly attempting the mask the smell in the room. The rooms had a very distinctive odor…not in a good way. Smelled like air filters needed changed, and walls and floors needed scrubbed. A lot of staining. The bathroom had some rusting parts in the shower, and the shower head needed replace from leaking. I ended up just going to the dollar tree, and grabbing cleaning products and Lysol to clean with just to ease my mind of being “clean” for both rooms. I I will say, the price was very good, but you definitely get what you pay for lol. The staff was helpful with accommodations. Breakfast hours were kind of odd 7-9 am. Nobody wants to get up that early for breakfast. Should change the hours so it’s fair play for everybody. Overall, it was very central to where I had to go, which made things extremely easy for me. But yeah…
