  I have stayed at many hotels over the years, and what truly sets this property apart is the people. The service is consistently outstanding, and the staff genuinely make guests feel welcome. A special thank you to Wajma, Ali, Bilal, Hamad, night auditor Hassan, and Dora in housekeeping. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure every stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and sincere hospitality are a credit to the hotel. The rooms are consistently clean and well maintained, housekeeping is attentive, and any request is handled promptly and courteously. It is refreshing to find a team that takes such pride in delivering excellent guest service. The location is excellent, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The rates are very reasonable for the quality provided, and the overall value is exceptional. Most importantly, this hotel rewards loyalty. Returning guests are recognized and appreciated, which creates a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for clean accommodations, outstanding service, and great value.

  El cuarto estába muy limpio el desayuno era muy rico pero lo único que me pase fue cuando fui aser checkout el muchacho del fron me iso esperar 30 minutos y atendía a otra persona será por que no hablaba inglés y ay que subir al tercer piso por la escalera con maleta pero por lo demás todo bien 🙂

  Very standard hotel, perhaps a bit seedy. Pool hours are terrible: practically unusable unless you stay more than one night!

  My husband and I stayed at Best Western Fairfax for a weekend trip near National Harbor. The rate was very reasonable, and the location was convenient to National Harbor, MGM, and several nearby restaurants. The biggest highlight was the staff. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. The front desk team was friendly, accommodating, and responsive, including quickly handling our request for a room change. The lobby was also clean and updated. Rooms were ok. Bathroom was newly renovated. Bed slept decent but additional pillows weren’t available. A few things to note: the property has a motel-style layout with exterior room entrances, so getting to the front desk or breakfast area may require walking outside. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, though the outdoor walk wasn’t ideal for me. Parking was also a bit confusing in some areas. Overall, the staff and affordable pricing made for a positive stay. I’d consider staying again for a short trip when visiting National Harbor, MGM, or Washington, DC. Definitely not longer than a weekend and I would not bring my children.

  TERRIBLE service they lost my clothes and then said they cant do anything no compensation or anything- there was a huge gnat and bug problem and everything was low quality dont go here.
