  I would stay anytime I come to Zion. It is a hotel that gives everything that I want from a hotel, even waffles! The rooms are clean, the location is good with a bus access every 15 minutes to Zion park, and friendly employees.

  Best Western can't be beat, the price I paid for for a 2 night 3 day stay was $490, which was CHEAPER than every where else around it in relation to the price(main competitors were bumbleberry inn, redcliff lodge, under the eaves). It was also the most modern rooms, everything else was a oldish cabin feel, which might be good if thats your thing, but I like the modern clean look. Also it was spacious, way bigger than I'm use to for that price range, it even came with a pull out couch with extra sheets in the closet for that as well, which was great for my son who is too cool to share a bed with his mommy and daddy now that hes in 8th grade.... Clean facility, the staff went out of there way to help me with some needs I had and the front desk was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was pretty good too, eggs (carton mix), bacon (the actual good one that is kinda thick and looks real), country style potatoes and a waffle maker and some fruits, overall nothing fancy, but great for what it was, some places only give cereal... so thats that. Also outside the shuttle service was right in front so it made traveling up and down springdale very easy.

  Very well maintained hotel in a great location in Springdale with great views of the canyon. Zion National Park is less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and took care of all our needs. The room was very clean and comfortable, and Breakfast was very good with several hot items and different options each morning. Pool and Hot tub were also very clean and nice to relax in after exploring the park each day. Most of the rooms have a nice patio area and we enjoyed spending time out there also. My only critique is the gates to the Pool area are very loud when left to slam close. We could continually hear the gates slamming closed from our room even with the A/C running. It would be nice if they had a softer close to lessen the noise. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

  Hospitality was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. Ophelia was an absolute dream. She was super kind and went above and beyond for us while staying here. She really is a beautiful soul. Thank you for a wonderful stay and thank you Ophelia for making us feel like family.

  We booked 2 months in advance, but when we got there, the room we were assigned was not the room we booked. The person at the front desk said they couldn't do anything until the manager got in the next morning so we were stuck in the wrong room. The next morning when we spoke to the manager it turned into a blame game. The manager blamed it on Expedia and said we needed to contact them. We did and Expedia was very apologetic and tried to assist, but stated that the ultimate decision to fix the situation would have to come from the hotel. We again reached out to the hotel manager, and so did Expedia, but the hotel refused to help in any way. We had to stay the 2 days we booked in the wrong room, and the hotel offered absolutely zero help at all. No reimbursement of any kind, not even 10%, No offer to move us to a different room, nothing at all. The hotel is in a great location, it's just too bad the staff and management are so rude and unwilling to help guests in any way when there is an issue. Needless to say we will never stay with a best western again.
