  Clean room but the thermostat would automatically shut off when there wasn't movement in the room. It made it way to hot at night when we were trying to sleep. I also wasn't going to pay a ridiculous fee for checking in an hour early.

  This place was a good choice on our trip when we needed a place late at night. It was good and clean. It felt a little more expensive for what it was, but I think comparatively to the others in the area was on target. This was a good choice.

  We stayed on 07/23/26 and Maria made our experience wonderful from the moment we checked in. It was our first road trip and vacation since having our baby, and she was so kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond by upgrading us to a quieter room. The room was spotless, and her exceptional customer service truly made our stay even better. Thank you, Maria!

  I personally loved the area and interior design. I loved the room, pool, everything. The only thing that I have to pick on is the fact that one of the employees were unprofessional. I believe his name was Joel. His tone and his attitude just made me feel unwelcomed. Maybe he had a bad day or had a bad guest encounter but that's no excuse to be rude and make it everybody elses problem. We all have bad days but we have to handle it with professionalism. Please do better.

  Checked into our standard non-smoking room. We were given a pet friendly room on the first floor that smelled like smoke. My partner and I are both very allergic to dogs. When we brought the issue to the front desk they were unwilling to change our room without an additional surcharge. We requested a refund which they weren’t willing to provide. Disappointing experience all around especially coming off of a long travel day and having to scramble for new accommodations due to the room being unfit.
