  Overpriced !!! everything else was great and miss loretta was super cool 😎 She is the main reason why it's five stars all the way across. I've never been charged this much at a best western before. And as a member. 😔

  It's a pretty great stay. The only and the biggest complaint that I have is this hotel that's extremely overpriced !!!

  Absolutely. Phenomenal service, as always as a frequent Best Western member. I must say that Ms. Loretta accommodated us in the most efficient manner possible helped out with everything. The only downside I have is that. Whoever handles the pricing is just overcharging. Because the weekend rates and the daily rates are exactly the same. And as a member we are supposed to get better rates. The breakfast was phenomenal, the variety of tea. Selections was great. I definitely recommend staying here. I'm just not sure how much more i'm gonna go back. If the rate doesn't get better. Thank you, miss loretta. You are absolutely amazing and phenomenal. 5 🌟

  Accidentally booked a room with one queen bed instead of 2. Front desk easily changed that without an issue. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the area. The room was clean and smelled nice. The bed was on the harder side but it wasn’t too bad. Breakfast was great! They had so many options and it wasn’t all just bread. No complaints!

  The pictures online looked great. Paid $260USD which ended up being $369 for us Canadians. The entire pool area is dirty. Floor, windows, tables everything. The bathroom should not look like this for this price. Suuper disappointing. Waay over priced for what it is. Never again and will make sure no one we know goes here! Just overall an older more rundown place and don’t think they’ve ever cleaned a window!
