  Comfortable and clean room, western design. In the evening there was music in the courtyard which made it a nice evening to kick back. Breakfast had plenty of choices and hot coffee. Service was welcoming. We met a gardener in the evening, he was fun to chat with and he shared some tomatoes.

  We have stayed with friends and family at the Cedar City Best Western hotels every year for more than 30 years. This year, I had called to confirm, as well as receiving confirmation emails for our several rooms. Each time the BW reservation person confirmed that we had 4 rooms for 4 nights and each time we reviewed the confirmations. Not once did they tell me or send a confirmation for 5 rooms for the 4 nights. Apparently we had a 5th room and were charged a no show fee. The BW account manager was rude, kept telling me to let her talk and would not let me explain all of the confirmations with the BW staff. Wish we had cancelled all of the rooms, stayed at another local hotel and not incurred a hefty no show fee.

  Si c’est sur votre trajet et que vous n avez pas d’autre choix alors vous pouvez vous arrêter là. Les chambres sont ok. Le personnel est super gentil. Le petit déjeuner est bof. On nous avait dit qu’il y avait une piscine mais ce n’est pas le cas

  Most amazing hotel that I have ever seen! It has a full garden and the man running it gives tours and vegetables to eat. They have free nightly live music, an amazing breakfast and wonderful staff! I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again!
