  I was there with a group and I understand the rooms were not supposed to be ready until 4 PM but it was amazing how the rooms were never ready before then and all of a sudden at four magically 20 rooms were available. But service was fast at the front desk, they did do a good job. The room was just OK, but there were some unusual things, like they had a separate sink in the bathroom, but there was no bars of soap so if you wanted to wash your hands, you had to walk about 10 feet to get some soap off the wall and then walk back to wash your hands. The big problem was the air conditioner was broken and they supposedly fixed it but my friend took it apart to show me how the fan bearings were completely shot so it sounded like a truck going through the room. We actually just turned it off the second night. We didn’t try the dinner, but the breakfast buffet was not great. It reminded me of food that we used to serve to the homeless so the second day we didn’t even bother. Location was great and it was a cool place but kind of a letdown.

  We had a wonderful experience at Best Western Plus Ruby’s Inn. It’s a great place to stay, especially when traveling with a group. The location is excellent, the breakfast was very good, and everything worked perfectly for our group. A very special thank you to Grecia Olivas, who made the entire reservation process smooth and easy. She is incredibly kind, helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. If you’re planning a group stay, definitely ask for Grecia — she made organizing everything so much easier for us! Highly recommended, especially for group travel!

  Great location and very convenient to everything, which was definitely a plus! The room itself seemed clean and was a good size. However, the musty smell was the main reason my family and I were not completely satisfied with our stay. The carpet and AC seemed to contribute to the odor, and the room also felt a little dark. We even bought an air freshener hoping it would help, but unfortunately, it didn’t make much of a difference. The smell was strong enough that we ended up sleeping with our faces covered so we could get some rest before our hike the next day. We’re giving our stay a 6/10 instead of a 5 because the staff and team members were very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. We also enjoyed the food at the Cowboy’s Restaurant, which helped make the overall experience satisfactory. Would we stay again? We would consider it because of the convenient location and great service. However, we really hope the carpets are replaced or updated and the musty smell is addressed. That would make a huge difference in the overall comfort of the rooms.

  The location is just outside of Bryce Canyon, the pool is great, the food is basic but has a decent selection. The rooms are clean and adequate. The mini fridge is a good size for holding beverages. The biggest downside here is the noise. It's not something I considered in advance since you are next to a quiet canyon. The noise comes from staying on the ground floor and hearing every noise, every footstep above you. From 9pm to midnight it was like elephants dancing on the ceiling. Boom, boom 💥 and the AC is also obscenely loud even on low. If you don't fall asleep extremely easily ask for the upper level or stay in the campground where you can sleep in peace and quiet.

  We had a great stay at Best Western Ruby's Inn! We stayed in the Lakeview Lodge and have absolutely zero complaints. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn't be more convenient. This property is much larger than I expected and has just about everything you could need within walking distance - 4 restaurants, a grocery/convenience store, alcohol, shopping, appeal store with name brands, ice cream, a laundromat, and even UTV and bike rentals. Once you're here, you really don't have to leave except to explore Bryce Canyon National Park, which is literally right outside the entrance. Shuttle transportation is right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our room was a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, had no odors, and was perfectly adequate for our stay. Everything was well maintained, and we had no issues at all. The pool was busy, but that's simply because this is a large, popular property. Despite being full, the grounds and common areas were clean and well kept. I'm honestly surprised by some of the lower reviews. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, reasonably priced place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
