  Excellent location, mixed room experience. You can't beat the location for visiting the NASA Space Center, shopping, and dining. Plus, the AC was ice cold, and the mini-fridge with a separate freezer was a lifesaver for our road trip ice packs. That said, cleanliness and comfort need work—the bed was uncomfortable, and we found dirty underwear behind a chair. A decent stay for convenience, but definitely not the best Best Western experience.

  Small rooms sheets was dirty dresser was sticky floor was sticky and carpet had lots of stains. Would not recommend.

  Yvonne was so friendly and helpful when I came to check in. Greated me with a big smile and was so polite. Will definitely continue to use this hotel for my work stays as long as she's there!

  Walked into the room be greated by a dead roach on the floor. They came amd picked it up and offered us a different room. Only for the other room to also have a dead roach on the floor. They finally found us a clean room. Or so we thought. Found a spider in bed at night. This hotel needs serious inspection and pest control. Do not recommend at all.

  Better hotels at a similar price point. Not worth over $100 a night.
