  Unbelievable. We check in, room has no hot water to shower. The phone doesn't work to call front desk. Walk to the front desk and have to ring a bell or there is a sign saying back in 10. Tells me to just let the water run because she has hot water in the office... I go back still no hot water. When my son explains this she moves us to another room, and this is what we got! When we told her the bed was broken she got defensive and argumentative raising her voice at me in the lobby in front of other customers! My son and I left! I have left multiple messages for corporate Best Western. My business will be going elsewhere permanently if BW doesn't make this right and remove incompetent, unprofessional, and unkind people from positions of responsibility!

  Eh, it was fine for a night as we traveled across Texas, but definitely not worth what we paid. Positives: beds were comfortable, staff was nice Negatives: we ran out of hot water after the second shower (4 people) not even long showers, breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, tv and fridge weren’t working. Front staff was notified in the morning. The man was nice and said he would have fixed it last night, but it wasn’t worth our short stay, just let him know for the next guests. Local restaurants close early so be aware.

  Friendly staff plus they have luggage carts and elevators to haul your luggage to your rooms.

  BEST SHOWER EVER!!! the water pressure was great!! Room is impecable AC WORKS GREAT 😃

  Extremely kind and helpful staff... We walked in ask for a room late at night and have had the best experience. Clean comfortable and decently priced for an unplanned stop. Would definitely recommend
