  First room had to be changed because it was dirty, second room was better but still lacked cleaning in certain areas. The iron did not work properly, the pillows are very small and uncomfortable, Air conditioner was very dusty. Overall I would not stay again.

  Out of all the places my family stayed on a 2 week road trip, this was the nicest. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The people who work there are super helpful and beyond lovely. If we find ourselves in this part of Houston again, we'll be staying here.

  Had a wonderful stay here, service was excellent, room was clean and had what we needed. The pool area was nice to sit relax and to enjoy the sun! The front desk woman Susie, made our stay very welcoming and a guarantee we will be back. I appreciated her willingness to assist, when needed.

  This was an overall sketchy experience. When we arrived, we were given a filthy room that hadn't been cleaned yet. The front desk person was quick to give us a different room that was clean. When we left to go out for a couple hours and came back, our new room was left cracked open as if someone had been there and left it open. Very odd. When we woke up, we suffered severe allergy problems that got better hours after we left the hotel. We won't come back.

  Stayed for a weekend on our trip to Houston. Pretty close to the stuff we wanted to do in Sugarland and many restaurants nearby and good access to freeways. Rooms were clean and well equipped and breakfast had all the standard offerings to make you satisfied. Overall a good clean place at a reasonable price that i would consider staying at again.
