    I had a great stay at Best Western Plus Atrium Inn. The hotel was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The indoor atrium with palm trees, pool, and hot tub created a relaxing atmosphere that felt much nicer than a typical hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of workspace. The lobby and common areas were clean and inviting, and the complimentary coffee machine was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, great amenities, and a comfortable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 👍🏨😊

    BED BUGS. This was without question the most disturbing hotel experience of my life, and I say that as a mother traveling alone with a two-year-old and a nine-month-old. After getting my children to sleep around 10pm, the itching started. I was being bitten repeatedly throughout the night with nowhere to go and no safe option to pack up two sleeping babies and leave in the dark. In the morning, when I lifted the bedding to gather my children’s toys, I found a dark, granular substance collected along the base of the bed frame and scattered across the carpet beneath it. I looked it up and everything pointed to bed bug droppings. When I brought a front desk attendant and a housekeeper to the room, the housekeeper suggested it might be tobacco. Tobacco. In a room where an infant was sleeping on the floor. Even if that explanation were true, it only confirms that this room had not been properly cleaned. My nine-month-old could have put that substance in his mouth. I am now more than six hours into sanitizing and laundering every piece of luggage and clothing we brought, because I cannot risk bringing bed bugs into my home. I have a refund request submitted and I expect it to be honored. This level of negligence is not acceptable, and it is certainly not safe for families. The manager Yogi has not responded and George didn’t want to give me the e-mail address to report this when I called!

    Clean, convenient, quiet. I feel this location does lodging and breakfast well. The staff here are doing a fine job at what do the with property they are working with. 3 star hotel might be a stretch. The fitness center is a bit underwhelming. A treadmill and bike with a few dumbbells. 🫤 The coffee maker in the main lobby is available around the clock and serves, coffee, latte, hot choc, espresso 😋 Breakfast area is clean and has a fair variety. The staff is very cordial and friendly. ☺️ All things considered, I would stay here again.

    Wen we got in our room I was coming out of the restroom then I heard the cleaning lady put her key in and open the door, she didn't knock and say this is housekeeping. Your staff need more training. I was very upset, I was happy I had clothes on.
