  They are ridiculous. Reserved a room and put it in my mother’s name so she could watch my son while playing at a soccer tournament. Hotel would not honor the room because I was not there and did not have a credit card. What is the point in asking for the guest name and then billing name being different if they want the person onsite booking and the credit card. They wouldn’t even accept FaceTime so I could show them my Credit card and my ID

  Absolutely disgusting do not stay here only reason I stayed here was to the fact that everything else was booked and I had no option. I have a video as well of a roach crawling on the bed. The hotel smells like humidity and mold. Hotel exit can get closed down at night due to construction and although they tell you to just let the officers know it still is a hassle.

  The bed sheets where dirty. There's boogers and pee stains on the wall. There cockroach guts splattered on most of the room corners. There's no elevators.

  Stopped by for a couple days during a recent business trip and highly recommend. It is a large hotel experience with small hotel pricing. You will not find a better stay in San Antonio at this price range.
