  It’s crazy how they charge &180 dollars a night, but the room is not worth what they asking for, come on, people worked hard for their money as well. If you guys will charge that much, at least make it worth it.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay & Phenomenal Customer Service! I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and the service truly stood out. I especially want to recognize Jason at the front desk for his phenomenal customer service. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His positive attitude and willingness to help made such a great impression and made my stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Jason are what make guests want to come back. He is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for the exceptional service he provides! Thank you, Jason, for making my stay such a great experience. I will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Still doesn't have waffles on the weekdays tho for hard working people that travels 😔

  I come to San Antonio every 3 months to see my Dr and the passed few visits I've chosen the Best Western Plus Palo for my preferred location to stay. It's just a few minutes away from my Dr's office which makes it very convenient. There's several places close by to eat and a convenient store next door. The staff have always been very nice and accommodating (well except this pass visit). When checking in the receptionist was not friendly at all. I chalked it up to everyone has a bad day and left it at that. But I want happy with out room this visit either. One of our beds looked like someone had been laying in it (on top of covers) and there were several hairs on the pillow! We just threw that pillow in the corner as I did not want to deal with the receptionist. On a good note they do offer a wonderful free breakfast which i remembered to take a picture of mine this time. There is also free parking,a pool and cable TV.
