  I booked online and didn't realize that I booked a smoking room until I walked into the room. The air was so thick that I couldn't breathe. I tried to call the front office from their hotel phone but it didn't work. Guess it was there just for decoration. Then I tried calling on my cell and I kept getting hung up on. So I drove back to the receptionist to let her know of the strong smoke smell and unbreathable air. She said I booked a smoking room. I told her was mistake because I don't smoking. All she said was sorry. Didn't offer another room or give any options. I go back to the room to be met with a huge water bug. I tried air out the room by opening the door. It doesn't help because I think the entire area we were in was smoking because later the smell and snuffiness came back. It was the worst hotel stay ever. I didn't get any sleep because I couldn't breathe. I'll be more careful next time because customer service doesn't exist anymore

  My experience staying at this Best Western Hotel location was a very enjoyable one! My room was kept clean by a friendly housekeeping staff! The breakfast bar had ample items to select from and the friendly staff kept the area clean and stocked! My interaction with the hotel staff was positive, friendly, and attentive... staff always willing to help their guests!

  Overall, this location was descent and clean. It was not as modern and updated as I expected. The bathroom design is old, the pillows were small and one set of the blinds had a broken piece. It does offer free parking and breakfast though.

  We stayed at this hotel for four days. On our last morning, I went to brush my hair and found a roach in the bathroom area, which was very disappointing and concerning. Overall, the cleanliness of the hotel did not meet expectations. During our stay, towels were not replaced and trash was not collected after the first day. The hotel also did not have vending machines as listed in the amenities, which was misleading. The one positive experience was with a staff member we interacted with when our TV wasn’t working. They were kind and helpful and resolved the issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness and amenities not matching the listing, I would not choose to stay here again.

  If I could give this place a negative star rating, I would. This place has bed bugs. I reached out to the facility requesting a refund the very next day after waking up and realizing I had already been bitten. I sent proof and everything, but they were only willing to refund me for 2 days of my stay, which is absolutely ridiculous. I tried reaching out again, and they still refused to refund me just for reminding days was all I asked. Their excuse was, “Well, you stayed.” Of course I spent the night there I had no idea there were bed bugs until after. I did not finish my stay and ended up going somewhere else. Do not recommend.
