  It was quiet, lovely and the breakfast was good. It was clean and the parking lot was well-lit. The bonus was that we met an amazing couple in the breakfast room where we made forever friends.

  We couldn't find a room in the area, I believe there was an event at the racetrack. The only rooms available were at the Best Western, and that along with all of the negative reviews and the low room rate had me in a pessimistic mood. I was therefore very pleasantly surprised to find that we had a nice clean, comfortable and quiet room, and the staff weren't rude at all. The hot breakfast wasn't bad either, right in line with you'd expect for a lower-priced motel. I would stay here again. We were on the first floor, not sure if that makes a difference.

  You know how you feel sometimes when you walk into a hotel and you feel welcomed like it’s your home away from home? Well, that’s not how you’re going to feel here, but it was a fairly clean room. The vacuuming at 8:30 AM was an odd choice and the rude daytime front desk wasn’t my favorite, but the nighttime guy was great. The breakfast was mediocre at best, but it checked the box of having somewhere to stay when we were in town.

  Awful. We didn't even stay. The front desk worker barely spoke to us upon check in, while the room was overall clean, we found dead bugs on the bed. When we returned from my wife's birthday party. The lobby was full of drunks. Our key didn't work in our room, which was strange, given we used the same key to enter. When I went to the front counter to get it corrected, the clerk walked out shoeless, spoke nearly no english. I said "our key isn't working in out room, can we get a replacement?" He asked us for no identification or to confirm who the room was checked out to, just gave us a replacement card. This made me feel very unsafe. We decided staying was a bad idea. We soon left. Will NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

  It was not as nice as I was expecting as we have stayed at Best Weasterns in the past. They are always exceptional but this was not up to par. We chose a room with a spa tub which had the tiles coming off and the jets barley were blowing 😮‍💨 and wouldn't turn up. It is great location and quiet but that's about it. The fridge in the room didn't work and my husband told the guy on duty and he came to our room to check it. He said it was new yet when it was pulled out, it was covered in dust like really? He got another fridge and moved it to our room. He was very helpful..so, guy at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. It was not as clean as I liked so I did do some wiping down of things just to make sure. Breakfast, well, it was cheap. Coffee was not good at all even the bold coffee was watered down and just not good. I'llbe looking for coffee shop when we get out, but the the juice is super watered down. Like the apple juice was so watered down you couldn't taste the apple in it. The orange juice was pretty watered down too. They have eggs,sausage,potatoes, cereal,yogurt which wasn't good yuk! Only apples for fruit, waffles, toast, bagel and English muffin. But it filled the hunger in my belly. We are here for the weekend and was hoping for a more memorable and comfortable stay. I did a non refundable and as much as I paid per night I was expecting better. The reviews seemed good but I believe some were totally honest. That's not me, I am honest and what you to know what you are paying for. I got a coke from the vending machine on first floor and the darn thing had been in there so long that it was flat!!! I mean no fizz flat. Totally disappointed because if you are paying $2.75 for the coke it at least should not be flat 🙄 just disappointed. I would not choose this hotel again. Sorry, not sorry!!! This is not a get what you pay for. I paid over $200 per night yes, my weekend cost me $444 here and it was not worth the money. I leave honest and real reviews. But if you are in the area, check out Burger Broz for totally 😋 yummy burgers. Oh, the tissues were a cheap tissue that didn't even stop a sneeze and was a tiny box with a cover over it like a $10 a night..just do better. Oh, it was fairly clean, a/c was amazing, and it was super quiet. 😇
