  We stayed at the Best Western in Port Lavaca on Saturday 6/6 and Sunday 6/7 The room itself was excellent, very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked great, and having a ceiling fan was a nice bonus. We were very pleased with the room accommodations. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing. During our entire stay, we only saw two staff members, and neither seemed friendly or welcoming. There was no greeting, no “good morning,” and no effort to make guests feel appreciated. The same lack of courtesy was evident when we checked out. Breakfast was also poorly managed. There was no staff member present to answer questions or assist guests. The food was simply left on the counter with no supervision or customer service. While the rooms and facilities were very good, the lack of hospitality and poor customer service significantly affected our overall experience. Management should focus on improving staff training and guest relations.

  Nice place. Only issue with room was the condensation from high humidity. Made the floor very slippery.

  This was a very nice place to stay we had no problems the staff was very friendly and it was very comfortable
