  Do not stay here. We are on a cross country trip and checked in at 8pm, went to sleep at 10pm, to be woken up just past 12am to extremely loud guests that had just checked in. Called front desk, and still noise. They left and came back and got even louder with music that I got on video, so I hope I can get refunded. Ended up leaving more tired than before I got there.... I highly regret this hotel. I am writing this as my partner drives at 2:01 am. Ridiculous.

  Rooms are very outdated and musty smelling. Mattress and furniture need to be replaced. Not very clean either. Would not recommend this hotel

  The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was perfect. Great location across from lake and all lake Conroe has to offer. Thank you!

  I made my reservation on the wrong day, I called them directly and they graciously changed the reservation. The hospital changed my stepfathers surgery date due to insurance issues 3 times. Each time I called the office directly to change the reservation date fully expecting to pay a cancellation fee and maybe get some grief but that did not happen at all. They helped me change the date each time and offered more help if I needed it. Upon arrival, the property is well cared for and clean. The room was a comfortable cool temperature and spotless. Internet worked well and I loved being able to log into my Netflix and Prime on the television and continue the binge watching I did at home. A very quiet a restful night was a great way to start my very early and log day caring for my family. Well Done!

  Due to some uncertain circumstances a business opportunity did not come through for my wife and I. In result of these unfortunate circumstances the manager Ajay ahir was extremely accommodating and was able to get my wife, myself and my dog into a nice room for a week. The services they provided were amazing , very friendly, extremely understanding, amd the gentleman Robert also was very very helpful amd extremely polite. I will continue to use this Best Western when I am in the Conroe area. Thank you so much
