  The front desk receptionist is rude. This Friday noon around 12:20 pm… I went to the front … and asked for the WiFi password. She is not helpful at all. She is the lady w blue eyes, she wore a navy blueish sweater and white t shirt underneath. I asked her for the password and she said it too fast and didn’t even bother to look at me. I had to ask her again and I politely said thank you! She gives me the nastiest attitude and says “welcome” as she rolls her eyes. Please get someone friendlier and with better customer service.

  Took my kids, we stayed overnight for my niece's wedding. We had a pleasant experience. The room was clean. Clean the service was great and the guy that runs the place was amazing. We were a little disappointed that the pool was down but we still made the best of it. Breakfast was pretty good and no complaints here, especially with dealing with a tornado the week before, if they did an amazing job! Definitely will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

  Mark was easy to work with and very accomodating. Called and made a reservation for my son over the phone with Mark. He ensured that my son would receive a quiet room so he could get the rest he needs while working long hours, 7 days a week at job-site. Thank you Mark for helping a concerned mother out with a wonderful solution! Update: Mark called to inform me that my son had arrived and looked very tired. Thanks again! My son said it is a very, nice clean room, the ac was on very cold and he will sleep well there.

  Front desk messed up my online reservation. Also knocked on the door around 7am then locked me out of the room in the morning because "they lost our paperwork" had to go to front desk and prove to them I had checked in and had paid. Then they proceeded to book me again for the next night which I did not want.. Breakfast was terrible. Room was not very clean. Have stayed at many BW`s before never had a place like this. Don't waste your time at this one. On top of it all it was very expensive, basically an over $200 dive hotel.
