  Sydney at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and had great customer service. She deserves a raise.

  This is a nice, clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast has good options. The cons are small parking lot, so hopefully you get a spot before they’re all taken. The only elevator is very slow, and taking the stairs is faster.

  Room was disgusting and it was obvious it had not been cleaned beforehand. We requested a room with a sofa bed, and when we pulled it out there was a dirty shirt left behind from a previous guest, who knows how long it had been there. There were also no sheets provided for the sofa bed. When I brought the issue to the gentleman at the front desk, he looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I had checked the closet for sheets. Since when are guests expected to make and prepare their own beds? Absolutely unacceptable. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were both very disappointing. Staff clearly need better training on how to handle guest concerns professionally. Would not recommend staying here.

  I only booked this hotel because it has on-site EV chargers however, they no longer have them. They were removed because there isn't enough parking. It's a 4 story hotel with only enough parking for 1 floor. I got there a little after 6pm and too the last parking space. My room was on the 4th floor. There is only 1 very, very, slow elevator. There was no water pressure on the 4th floor. The free breakfast was terrible, gross. I will never be come back
