  I’ve stayed here about twice a month for work over the past two years and have generally had a great experience. The property is clean, the housekeeping staff is excellent, and most of the front desk team has always been friendly and welcoming. BUT lately, my recent stays have been uncomfortable by interactions with one front desk employee, the rude, chain smoking blonde lady. On multiple occasions, she has come across as unfriendly, bothered and dismissive, which has noticeably impacted the otherwise positive atmosphere of the hotel. I’ve always tried to be polite and respectful, so these interactions have been the only down side. I understand that everyone has difficult days, but consistent customer service is important, especially for returning guests. Aside from these experiences, I continue to enjoy staying here and appreciate the hard work of the rest of the staff. Hopefully the owners see this and tells her something.

  Front desk staff was lazy. They made my elderly mother wait in the lobby for one hour after she paid for early check in. I was locked out back and no one came to let me in after I called for help..

  Cons: warm (not hot) water in the evening, NO warm or hot water in the morning. NO military discount given when asked, and NO member pricing given eigher. Most LIMITED breakfast out of all the Best Westerns I've stayed at. NOT friendly staff. Pros: clean, good location.

  I walked in and saw the front desk employee, Summer, arguing with customers. Her behavior came across as rude and unprofessional, and there appeared to be a noticeable difference in how she treated Black customers compared to Caucasian customers. The room itself was clean, but the table, TV stand, and work chair were dusty. On a positive note, the Wi-Fi worked great 👍, and the location is convenient and close to everything. Breakfast, however, was very basic and could use improvement.

  Sehr gute Lage an der Autobahn Walmart und Outlet zu Fuss erreichbar. Nettes Personal schöne Lobby. Frühstück mit Rührei, kleinen Frikadellen frischen Obst und Joghurt. Zimmer haten wir ein Upgrade zur Suite. Raum war groß und sauber. WiFi gut. Pool mit HotTub.
