  Receptionists should give an accurate time of how long shuttle will take to arrive. Waited for an hour at 11 pm, just to take a Lyft because she said 10-15 minutes. Then as we arrived, another tenant waiting for a shuttle at the airport called and receptionist picked up the phone and started shouting at her. The other line was audible to us in the lobby and the woman who called was not worked up or being unkind or provocative towards the receptionist during this time. To add, we were here in a voucher for a delayed flight.

  I'm a Best Western rewards member who stays exclusively at brand locations and I have to say this specific location is fantastic. Extremely clean, smelled good. Man at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Nice dining area that overlooks the pool, so you can drink coffee in the cool while watching your kids swim in the heat. They even have a vending machine in the lobby that sells flowers, in case you are meeting someone special that arrives from the airport. Pool and hot tub both worked well and were clean of all debris. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location.

  We had a nice stay!! We were group of 4 took the queen room. Didn’t have chance to have breakfast as we overslept. I could ‘t figure out how to open Netflix on tv as tv seemed old but, Front desk lady working morning shift she was welcoming and offered us Free water. And Night guy deserves some insane raise. He was a awesome dude who was willing to serve us with a good intent. Loved this stay, thank you.
