  This hotel uses unethical booking business practices. They charged me over $400 for two rooms that were only $108 per night. When I challenged the owner about this, he said it was my fault for booking through the phone number shown on my Google search. To test him, we searched for the hotel online and called the number and, luck would have it, the owner answered personally. He would not refund me the difference. He continued to insist that it was "my fault." . This is not how Texans treat people. I have never written a review before, but I want everyone to know this.

  Goodness, what a visit. I stayed for the HHH earlier this month. Hotel front desk complained about the rate I paid for the room. Front desk apparently had an issue with giving my room to another guest and had to figure that out. Floor was not vacuumed. Light fixtures missing lenses. Furniture is 1970s vintage. Air conditioner is as loud as a diesel engine.

  Great customer services, Jimy was excellent he looked after us very well. We travelled from Australia to meet our friends and we absolutely loved staying here. Hope to come back again soon

  This hotel needs some attention and matienence. The first room we were given #300, the air conditioning was not working. The sweet young lady at the front desk was extremely accommodating and changed our room to #215. When we got into the room it smelled of mold. The ac was working but the wall that held the unit was falling apart from water damage. We could literally see outside from the sides of the unit. The room itself and the bathroom were very clean. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and professional. We have no complaints with them or the cleaning staff. The issues we experienced are strictly aimed at the ownership.
