  They gave us a ‘upgrade’ but the only thing they gave us was a single king sized bed and a fold out bed that they wouldn’t help us unfold.

  Paid for the weekend on June 2, but the hotel charged me again on June 18. There is dust under the beds, and the pillows are as hard as concrete. I found a spider in the bathroom. The towels feel like sand—horrible.

  The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The air conditioning was not very powerful but worked. The breakfast was nice, but the bread selection was very limited. All in all, it was a nice one-night stay and the location to the strip was great.

  Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms were comfortable. We would recommend this Best Western.
