  What sucks most is people passing by not looking at the reviews will fall for the main entrance. The rooms are the worst i ever seen I’m from El Paso and I used to live in the area. I don’t know how this place is still open. The stench of this place is un healthy. The blankets looked like they reuse them without washing. Rooms say no smoking but are full of residue from previous folks staying. Before you pay 100$ in deposit and you feel to stay check the room they are offering you better yet stay at the holiday inn across the street. This place needs to change its name cause I know best western hotels are nothing like this place. I checked in and checked out the same day.

  Don't do it. This is not a Best Western Plus. Its a minus. Stay closer to the airport and pay a few more bucks. The alarm clock doesn't charge your phone as it is intended. The drawers in the room do not close and the handles were sticky. Housekeeping does not service room daily - and it shows. I had to pick up clean toels at front desk, along with tissues and toilet paper. There is no way this can be a conference center. Why would a professional organization choose this location with little parking and poor customer service? The facility is more of a one star establishment.

  We stayed 3 nights and we were surprised that this was considered a Plus property by Best Western. We did find the staff to be courteous and the breakfast was fine however the hotel was extremely rundown overall. In our room the shower and sink didn't drain and the hot/cold in the shower was reversed. We paid extra for a balcony room but could only stand as there weren't any chairs or a table. Oddly enough the A/C return is in the bathroom so any smell or shower humidity from the bathroom gets pumped directly into the sleeping area when the A/C is running and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. The A/C in our room was so loud we could barely hear each other when it was running. There was a huge party in the pool area the last night we were there with about 20 adults and 20+ kids with very loud music. While the pool did close at 10pm the music didn't stop until 11pm with lots of noise, talking and door slamming in the hallways well into the early morning. Also, parking will be an issue if you arrive after 8 PM. So if you're use to the Plus properties for the cleanliness, quietness and the little nicities that go along with it you will be disappointed. We've stayed at over 60 regular and plus Best Western properties that have been great but this just isn't one of them. I would strongly recommend skipping this property as the price didn't match the experience.

  Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! First, they gave us a key to a room that was already occupied! We opened the door to people that were tying to sleep. After giving us another room, the room that we got had a door that didn’t lock, anybody can get in from the outside. No key card needed! I brought this to the front desk’s attention but they only replied with “We’ll have management take a look at it” but nothing was done. And to make matters worst, the shower didn’t have hot water. We ended up just leaving, good thing it was a staycation and we were mostly there for the pool.

  The pool was so dirty it couldn’t be used and there was no attempt to clean it. This was the only reason I picked this hotel because I am heavily pregnant and was looking forward to cool down by the pool. The rooms were fine but made loud noises. The AC woke me up throughout the night and the toilet made a loud high pitched noise every time we flushed it. The little gym area didn’t have air conditioning so it was up to 80 degrees in there in the middle of June. Hardly saw any staff around the hotel, just seemed very unkept overall and didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities which were the reason I booked this hotel at all.
