  This is an okay hotel. The rooms is big and clean except for the floors. There are lots of stains and the hallway is even worse! The location is good and the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast are okay, with the typical choices.

  I usually stay at a Courtyard or Garden Inn, but there was none nearby. So I wasn't sure what to expect. But during my stay I was really impressed with this hotel. Nice and clean rooms and very friendly staff! 🙂

  The stay itself was fine, but my overall experience was frustrating. I accidentally booked the wrong date and realized it immediately, literally at the moment I confirmed the reservation. I corrected it right away and rebooked, and still stayed at the hotel, meaning I paid twice for the same stay. Despite this, the hotel, Best Western corporate, and Priceline all declined any flexibility or goodwill credit. I understand policies, but this felt like a situation where basic customer care could have made a difference. Disappointing handling of what seemed like a straightforward issue.
