  We had reserved three rooms for family coming in for out of Town for our wedding. Jody and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. Our family was very happy and comfortable in the clean and spacious rooms. We thank The Cleveland, Texas, best Western staff for all their attentions and excellent service. They made our wedding guest feel welcomed and cared for.

  Thanks Lady's we had a great time in you're city and hotel. The smiles and the hospitality was very inviting, we felt at home for our 4 day stay. My daughter and I hope You enjoyed our small token of appreciation. Thank You Again ‼️ 😊

  Very friendly staff, they want you to have a good stay and help when they can. I would stay here again if I need a place in the area.

  The elevator was broken! The pool was broken. The back door was working from time to time and the attendant told us it was sketchy in the backso park up front, which i appreciate but at the same time, damn. I wasn't impressed at all the outlets are not even USB. We didn't bring blocks. Also had to ask for towels.and tv is small.
