  I visit this town occasionally for work. The entire facility smells like the crime scene cleanup crew just left. If you have no sense of smell, it would probably be fine. Sadly my olfactory senses are fine. The second floor smells like laundry because the middle of that floor is ...the laundry facility. The first floor smells strongly of chemical cleaners, yes, better than dead stuff, but hardly what you want to smell while eating the hum drum breakfast of frozen stuff and never seen a chicken eggs. I went to whataburger the last 2 days. If you want convenience, the Holiday inn and Hampton are a block away. Do absolutely try the Mexican restaurant in between them though! Absolutely awesome.

  Best Western in Center, TX was our home away from home while visiting relatives. Stay was comfortable. Staff was very helpful, especially Lindy. She excelled in friendliness and helpfulness. Bed was super comfortable, everything was very clean and comfortable. No loud noises, no funky smells- very enjoyable and will stay there on future visits.
