  I tried to cancel my reservation on a Wednesday 5 minutes after reserving through the app and they said they couldn't cancel it. The stay was for Saturday night and they still charged me for the room. Will not try to stay here again!

  We go with BW for all of our employee stays however Ellie could not find my reservation after giving conf# 10X and also stated she was not authorized to do a CCA even if she found my reservation. My employees did not stay here since she could not find it. The manager called the following morning to apologize and let me know he will only be charging me 1/2 the total cost of stay for the inconvenience!!!! Who does this??

  We stayed one night at this location. The hotel is very clean and the pool was immaculate. I am disabled and I am not able to get into most pools without a lift. This is one of the few hotels where I have stayed where the lifts were charged and in working order. The person who checked us in was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We stayed here because of an early next day flight at DFW.
