  I need to thank Terri at the front desk and manager Jose Sanchez for their assistance. I made the mistake and they went above and beyond to help me out. I was scheduled to check-in Sunday, July 5th. I was feeling nauseous and decide to take some meds and wait before making the drive from Houston to College Station. When I woke up it was Monday morning on July 6th. When I arrived to check-in, I was notified my reservation was cancelled as a no show because I failed to call. Totally my mistake. I booked through a 3rd party that was unable to assist because my reservation for the week was still active on their system. Mr Sanchez worked through the Best Western system while Terri stayed with me to help me sort things out on the other end. To make a long read short, they both got me into my room that morning (within an hour of my arrival), at an even cheaper rate they I was previously booked at via the 3rd party by canceling the current reservation and booking directly with them instead of re-booking through the 3rd party app again. They were patient, understanding, accommodating, welcoming and left me with a great experience. I may not stay at Best Westerns everytime I travel, but will definitely be staying at Best Western Premier on Austin Prkwy whenever I’m in College Station for business or travel because of Terri’s & Mr Sanchez’s hospitality. Thank you.

  This has to be one of the most unprofessional hotel experiences I have ever had. Rude staff with zero cares about your wellbeing. I would not recommend staying here. I booked a room for me and my mother to stay for 2 nights. I called a month and a half in advance for this room and even signed up for their membership. On the day of my reservation when I was starting my 4 hour drive to this hotel the staff called and CONFIRMED that I was going to be checking in. I let the lady on the phone know we would be checking in at around 3pm. My mother arrived before me and they told her that they over booked and didnt have a room for us at their hotel. They instead wanted to move us across the street to the Tru hotel. I met my mother over there and the room was no where close to the room we originally booked. It was so small with barley any space for our things and the worst part is that the room smelled so bad! It was like some one smoked in there and they tried to fog the room. It was nauseating and felt like the biggest down grade ever. I went back to the orginal hotel and spoke to the manager who was very rude and didnt seem to care about anything. He had zero solutions after talking to me and asked "are you going to stay in the room or not?" He had completely dismissed me and my concerns without even trying to make the situation better. I promptly told him we would not be staying there and that we needed a full refund. These people do not care about hospitality and I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay

  Excellent property -- no issues -- front desk ladies, GM and overnight guy were great -- highly recommend this property to stay!

  My room was not clean, and the bed had an unpleasant smell. Upon arrival, I found sunflower seed shells on the bed, and the toilet was also not clean. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was not a good experience. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel at all.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Best Western Premier. Jose Sanchez was the true definition of great hospitality. He greeted us professionally, checked us in with a welcoming attitude, and made sure we felt taken care of from the start. The next morning, I noticed he was also helping keep the breakfast area clean and even going around checking on guests to make sure everyone was okay. That kind of service really stands out. Great hospitality, great professionalism, and a great experience overall. Would definitely recommend staying here!
