  Ran out of hot water temporarily at 4pm and the Internet and TV it's not working out as it keeps having issues the television runs off the Wi-Fi internet and it constantly lags and is not really watchable too well

  I was in town for work. The team was more than accommodating. Everyone as so kind. Breakfast as excellent, rooms were clean and very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on my next trip

  Arrived at hotel a little after 3pm for check in. Room was not ready. Was told to wait 30mins. 30 mins passed and room still was not ready but other guests that arrived within that time had their rooms ready. One couple who arrived after we did, had the same situation but their room was ready within 25 minutes. I’ve traveled and used best western plus before and usually I have a great experience. Very upsetting to have to wait over an hour for the room to be ready, when I needed the room to get ready for an event in the area.
