They should rename this place Worst Western. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of motels and hotels. This is the worst place that I have stayed in many years. I could understand if this were some little roadside motel that was 70 years old but there is no excuse for a brand like Best Western to keep this hotel as a part of it's portfolio. First, the place is filthy. I stayed on the second floor and the entire hallway smells like a mix of cigars, urine, and puke. The room wasn't much better. The carpet is beyond cleaning. It all needs to be replaced. The bottom of the bathroom door had water damage and wouldn't open all of the way. The breakfast is the same exact thing every morning. They have bread, jelly, etc., but they also have scrambled eggs and sausage patties every single day. No bacon, no sausage links, no omelets. The TV didn't work either. I mean it did intermittently, and no, it wasn't the batteries on the remote. The on/off switch on the TV didn't work either. I just watched stuff on my laptop. I left yesterday morning around 5:30 AM and there was a big pile of trash next to the front door. I came back around 1 and it was still there- at the front door, so you know they saw it and just didn't care. I will be travelling for the next 2 weeks and will have second thoughts about staying at any Best Western of this. Corporate needs to get their eyes and noses on this place. (Actually, I'll send them an email in a day or two) It doesn't deserve to be a part of the Best Western lineup. I had limited interactions with the staff. I don't have exceptionally high standards or anything, but I do have some. This smelly place didn't meet them.

Just checked in following cata ract eye surgery. The Lady at the front desk was soooo accommodating and nice. The room is A 5 star. The bed is coming home with me....if I can get it in my suitcase LOL.
Large fluffy pillows. I just got here and already giving 5 stars. I will update in the we morning after I leave, but I'm betting the free breakfast will be good.
Stayed here 2 nights due to proximity to Canton first Monday and fair price. Hotel breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bread, honey buns, yogurt, and even had almond milk as a dairy free option). Staff was friendly and attentive. Hotel is walking distance from the popular Tia Juanita's restaurant. Bathtub water pressure was strong (felt like showering in a heavy thunder storm). Elevator slow and appears at times to stop at every floor every time it's used. Room and hallways were in disrepair. Stains throughout the carpet in and outside the room. Stairway and halls smelled musty. Bathroom walls cracked, bathroom tiles missing grout and shaky, possible mold on ceiling above bathtub.

Nice and clean, good breakfast but front desk was very empty a lot.
Jacuzzi in room was broken.
Don’t let the fake 5 star reviews fool you this place is an absolute dump. Carpets stained and disgusting. Whole place smells like mold. Not even the sheets or towels smell clean. Not to mention no hot water. There really needs to be a way to get rid of the fake reviews because it’s misleading and quite frankly not right. I’ll sleep in my truck before giving this place any money ever again.
