  Pros before cons, Super close to wet n wild. Also pool was nice. Now cons. I had 4 people including me and they only gave us 2 towels. Did not leave us extra pillows or blankets for the pull out bed and when I asked for an extra pillow the tall man at the front gave me attitude. Also for towels I had to walk them down just to get two clean ones in return. My bed was dirty w crumbs and stains. The tv didn’t have many options to watch. Toilet would not flush properly and the front desk told me to go get a plunger from them instead of them coming to check it. I will not be staying at this location again. They also hit you with a surprise $100 security deposit that will be returned but also should’ve been mentioned.

  Rooms are clean, guest service was amazing. Gustavo at Front Desk, is super friendly and respectful. Location is definitely great, just off ramp of freeway by exit 0. Hotel highly recommended.

  Muy mal servicio en este hotel piden un deposito de 100 dolares mas de lo que cuesta la habitacion y te dicen que los regresan en 2 o 3 dias y nada luego les hablas y se momestas ate ciom mefasta de parte de juliana la mujer que co testa el telefono nefasta grosera 0 recomendado

  This had to be the second nicest bed I've ever slept on in my life. Besides the goose down ones, we slept on at my grandparent's TX farm. I just melted into it, then the alarm sounded. I now need to find out which mattress they use. Best hotel sleep ever for this ole 62yo. Thanks Best Western Vinton, TX!!!
