  Unprofessional and does not value customer loyalty. This place does not recognize legitimate, unforeseeable medical emergencies as a valid exception to their 24-hour cancelation policy, not even for loyalty rewards members. Avoid this hotel!

  Was traveling route 66 and stayed at Best Western to get rewards points. This location was what we needed for just one night: clean and safe.
