  We stayed here for a couple of days. The room was okay but ours was right next to the interstate since it was in the back, so it could be very noisy. I did not like the tiny bathroom in our room. Service overall was excellent and everything was clean. The continental breakfast had plenty to choose from. The staff were all pleasant and professional.

  My wife and I are here in Murfreesboro visiting friends, we checked in room 122 on the 1st floor, my wife said let's check the room out for bed bugs before we brought our luggage in, she peeled back both of the beds mattress covers, every stitch in the pleated padded top had black specks like sand granular pieces on both beds, even the mattress was worn through, she new what that was immediately. We told the gentleman at the front desk we were canceling the 3 nights and had to go to another hotel. We are BW members and this is the second time in 2 years we had to walk out of their hotels.

  Donf know why this place has some bad reviews. Maybe some people just complain about everything. BW was awesome. Very nice inside and outside. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was medium but for under $100 I'm not complaining. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

  We stay here when we have a conferences in town. Best Western does the job well. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly if you see them. Breakfast is simple but does the job.
