  Great stay. Kid at the desk was fast at his job and answered all questions. Pool was wonderful and heated. Hot tub was great. The room was clean and spot less. Plus close to local food areas and amazing. Would recommend to anyone in heart beat. If you stay enjoy a night of peaceful sleep.

  5/6/26 I was in town for business. I was staying BW in Chamberlain the night before. This BW is located near Walmart and town. Check in process was quick - ID and CC. My room is on 1st floor. I requested a room with shower only and don't need a tub. Room and bathroom are clean. Ice maker is right behind the customer service. Swimming pool is available. The heater works good but is a little loud even on the low speed. It could be just the room I stayed. So, I turned it on to warm up the room then off when I go to bed. Everything is good. I wouldn't mind to come back and stay again.

  Absolutely abhorrent and rude customer service. The breakfast was adequate but not fantastic. The mattress was lumpy, concave and extremely uncomfortable.
