  Super friendly and quick check in process. Close proximity to many restaurant options, perfect location to stop overnight on a road trip as we headed further west. Room was clean and we appreciated the dining table to not have to eat on the beds.

  They were so close to getting a 5 star. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms were really clean. Pool looked nice. No weird smells. Then this dude working at the front desk starts working and in a span of 12 hours he's just walking into rooms. Now I understand he may be checking but I didn't hear a single knock. The first time I was like accident I get it. 2nd time was 10 minutes before check out. I would have heard you knock forsure this time. I wasn't to upset about it but I was a little annoyed. The moment I got really annoyed. Is when I call the hotel and no one answers the phone. After calling twice. The 3rd call the guy at the front desk answers the phone and puts me on hold. For 10 minutes and then hangs up. I call back again and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I go down stairs and NO ONE IS AT THE FRONT DESK. But you hear them talking in the back. I hope you guys learned the lesson. I am a very cordial person. I dont want conflict but take some accountability. This could have easily been resolved. Now Im escalating further action. TV remote couldn't change channels. It could only turn the volume up and down. On and off. AC was at the lowest setting. Still a good 79degrees in there. Breakfast was alright. It has potential but egg omelets were cold. There was no orange juice.

  My private information was shared with an employee of the Super 8 hotel which was next door. This Super 8 employee came to our room knocking on the door well after we had turned in for the night. He falsely represented himself as the property manager, and threatened to have us removed from the property. I'm not sure if he was drunk, or high on some chemical. Considering consulting an attorney about this breach of trust, of this Best Western location.

  Very moist. The room was nice and spacious however when we went to lay down on the bed it felt as if the sheets weren't dry all the way. Was very tired so just slept through the night. They left my receipt under my door and it was fine until I left it at the counter for a couple hours, the paper was damp. My husbands phone also had a notification saying it detected moisture. The hotel itself is great, just not sure if it was only our room that had a moisture issue.

  As a single person traveling i did not feel safe after dark in the parking lot. Building under construction, inside still kept clean, all of the grass had construction debris. (Not safe to walk dogs) The cleanest area was behind in a area without lights. Near an area someone was hanging out in the dark. Rooms were updated and mostly clean. The miss under the beds. (I travel with dogs) The first person I asked was polite and stated he would have someone do it the next day. When missed I asked again and got annoyance, they did a half way job.... overall I would not stay again only due to location.
