  AC was broken, no offer to move rooms or fix it. Matress was stained and ripped. Pubes in the shower. No spare sheets or pillow cases for the sofa bed, which was also stained, smelly and gross. Hot tub was green. Guest in front of me was checked i to an already occupied room.

  My family had an incident with one of the employees asking for underage girls numbers and commenting how the girls looked good after they told him they are under the age of thirteen. After complaining to the front office they decided that the employee didn't do anything even after multiple groups complained for this employees actions they continually disregarded everything they were told about the situation even after a mother had evidence of what the man was doing and saying.

  Our room was very clean. The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. We arrived tired and hungry, and the attached restaurant was closing. However, the bar was still open and serving food. The bartender was very kind and served us our food as quickly as possible. With the attached restaurant, it can be confusing whether or not breakfast is included. It is not.

  Between the 20 minute line to check-in after a long day of travel, the dated, dingy, dirty rooms, tight parking, labyrinth of buildings, the freezing cold pools, and NO HOTEL STAFF SUPPERVISION at the water park, I do not recommend staying here until the hotel makes some updates and changes. The water slides could have used just one staff person ensuring children of the appropriate size were going down the slide and that large groups of kids weren't going down together creating a big, dangerous pile up in the pool below. Not to mention, the water for the slides kept shutting off. Parental supervision only goes so far when not everyone is ensuring the rules are being followed.

  Rooms were perfectly fine, staff was lovely. Waterpark is not safe. Went down slide and came out at the bottom hardly awake. Very fast and curves too sharp. Each turn would slam your head into the sides. I had a concussion and now hage a large hematoma on my head with lots of head pain. I understand now why they have you sign a waiver for the pool and "waterpark". Otherwise the hotel was perfectly fine.
