  stay here on june 21-24 room 313. front desk was very good. The room was what we wanted. from there it fell very flat. Room service was extreamly poor. First day had to call front desk to get room cleaned to come even though front desk said at time of check in we had room service every day. Just as well have given us a discount for not using room service. Then the breakfast. first morning was good, second morning the sausage tasted as they soked them in salt. way to much salt could not eat them. Next moring the ham was so so and the fried potatos where half cooked. again we had to go elsewhere to eat our breakfast. Gain nfeel we should get a refund fir poor room seervice and poor breakfast. We have alway use best western as our go to stay. This one was the worst.

  This is a great hotel! We booked 1 suite and 1 double queen room. Everything was clean, modern, and spacious. The sofa bed is a good quality with a thicker mattress. The only thing is that the bedroom windows let in a lot of morning light, even with the room darkening shades pulled. Those shades need to be a tad bit longer. But I'm also a light sleeper! The lobby and breakfast area was really nice. A lot of variety and kept very clean. The staff is super friendly as well, especially Barbie at the front desk. We'd definitely stay here again in the future!

  Staff was very friendly and helpful! We asked if they had an HDMI cord we could borrow and they had one ready for us right away! Room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we had to leave very early and we asked if there was any way we could grab like piece of fruit or something quick on our way out. They said they would let us know but never ended up calling us back

  Enjoyed our stay at this location, all the staff there were wonderful, with the Exception of one male employee, that worked in the breakfast area. He was so rude and obnoxious, at 10am sharp, he turned the lights and TV off, but the Worse was when he began to vacum around the customer's feet and around their tables. This man has no business working at any public service facility, let alone a hotel. Hope Best Western addresses this man, as customers as myself, that felt impacted won't be returning. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I ended up sleeping in my car. They want so badly to say they are pet friendly on their site that they neglect to say it does not allow cats - only dogs. The Pet Policy section states "We are Pet Friendly and allow up to two dogs in a limited number of rooms. The size limit for any one dog shall be 80 pounds. The Pet Friendly rate is 30 USD per day." Why say pet friendly if only dog friendly? I had booked 3 months ahead for a holiday weekend only to be turned away at the front desk and all hotels in town fully booked. We've stayed at other Best Western hotels with our cats while driving cross country and have never encountered this rule. Miserable hotel. Miserable manager.
