  Room smelled of cigarettes/skunk weed. Asked to be moved but nothing was available here or anywhere else. Bathroom literally took your breath away as it smelled like an ashtray. No way in hell will I stay here again. Not worthy of a one star. Only reason I gave it a one star was because I had to in order to post this review. Location and the breakfast were the only positive thing.

  Cheap mid-week prices, clean. Rooms on the smaller size. Some rooms allow smokers, ours did not. Yet outside our room you could smell other rooms smoking weed. Shower was broken and soap/shampoo containers in shower all empty. Huge crack in middle of shower pan "fixed" with caulk. The cold/hot handle was broken, which made temperature adjustment next to impossible. Bathroom fan didn't work either. Electrical outlet plate doesn't cover the square cut-out for the plate. This represents a safety hazard. Needs major updating and fixing. Would not recommend.

  The manager, Zee is unresponsive with any issues that you may have. If she cannot handle disputes or negative feedback, she should not be a manager. Hidden fees, stay somewhere else.

  The location was very convenient for me (attending the Highland Games at Furman). The room was functional and clean but a bit small. Employees were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was reasonable for motel breakfast. Price was reasonable. Everything was fine without being outstanding. I would definitely stay here again.
