Me and my best friend stayed here for ONE night. She organized the room prior to us coming. She had tried a couple times to do an early reservation. They said that they weren’t ready. We didn’t really care realizing It takes a while to clean a room they had said it was a busy weekend. We did have to stand in line for a while to get checked in because the other people in front of us did not do pre-check-in but once we got to the front and we had done pre-checking we got an extremely quickly . The room was clean and extremely comfortable and not only were the beds clean. We had a comfy fluffy blanket. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful, knowing that we were not from around here letting us know where to go that was safe and where that was Walking distance, they’ll let us know the prices of every single restaurant and what cover charges would’ve been at specific bars I also had extremely bad heartburn and I called down and asked for anti-acids and somebody came right to my room five minutes later it was an extremely comfortable and cozy stay even though we were out of state we felt very happy we would absolutely come here again if we were in the area

Centrally located only one block from the square. Beautiful old building with very nicely appointed rooms. Nice big tv with cable. Bathroom also nicely appointed. Hot complimentary breakfast served in a quaint little dining room. Would highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in Wilkes Barre.
