  My booking got canceled bc I didn’t have enough funds in my account, front desk helped us get a different room quickly. Honestly was clean will definitely come back for our next festival.

  Ok so here it is we stayed with 2 adults and one teen boy and beds are dunked in and pillows horrible staff were nice breakfast was good always same food we only came to do the antique shops and outlets pool never seemed to have filter running overall it’s a old hotel but ok just to sleep it’s in a great location tho

  Very disappointed with the person at front desk. She was not friendly at all and seemed to be in a rush. Tried to brush it off, and figured it was a bad day. But when leaving the next day, again she was unfriendly. The bathroom was disgusting. And the dumpster in parking lot was horrible. The room was clean but ac was loud and obnoxious like it was breaking. The pool looked dirty and my husband and I wasn’t able to swim, and that’s why we even chose this hotel. I added pictures- because NOT ONE LIE WAS TOLD IN THIS REVIEW. Me and my husband will not be returning.

  When we get there, checking in was ok, the People were friendly, then we go to our room, nice enough, but no coffee maker. Add says coffee makers!? I NEED MY COFFEE!! So I call the front desk, he says "no coffee makers, You have to get your coffee in the lobby." So I trek back to the lobby to get some coffee. Oops, No cups.. I asked the desk clerk for cups, And she hands me a stack still in the plastic, and tells me to fill up dispencer.. no please or thank you.. In the morning, breakfast is served on the second floor, things looked pretty good for the most part... tiny little paper/waxed cups for coffee, but no lids.. when I asked the girl for lids for the coffee cup, she says, no, you'll have to go downstairs and get one in the lobby Yourself, we don't provide lids on the second floor.. they had lids for cold drinks.. unfortunately politeness is just a formality, that they do not possess.. (but, on the positive side, those I interacted with, would at least smile while being rude.. ;) ):(

  The location of this Best Western Plus hotel is the only positive component of the hotel. Everything else was horrendous: We arrived and got keys to our room on the first floor. We opened the door and the STENCH WAS BUTT- Literally Unbearable! Mix of human sweat and human feces. We went back to the front desk and their response: "Yes sorry, for some reason our entire first floor has that strong odor." Sigh... no care to ridden the odor? Shame. Our new room on the 2nd floor was mediocre: some permanent brown stains on the tub and carpets were worn out but the stench was not present. Another terrible aspect of our 3-night stay is we had ZERO house cleaning service and we had a small roll of toilet paper to start off with and when we requested once and then TWICE to get some rolls of toilet paper and more containers of shampoo/conditioner, NOTHING happened- we never received anything. We had to go to the front desk EVERY time when we needed more towels, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. And ANOTHER annoyance with the complacent response from the front desk: "yeah we have cheap keys, make sure you don't put any phone near the keys or they de-activate for some reason." Well, I didn't even have any of our keys near any electronic mobile device and all our keys stopped working the second day. We had to go to front desk and obtain new keys. Sigh. It's a shame for the terrible experience my family and friends and I endured along with other reviewers whom also endured a terrible experience at this Best Western Plus hotel. Please read other reviews about this hotel, you will find many complaints that apparently never got addressed. For folks reading this post, you can get similar rates and I am certain a MUCH better experience at other hotels and lodging alternatives. DO NOT COME HERE. Ideal location but the Rodeway Motel is also Ideal or other lodging avenues like thereof in Stroudsburg. For the admins and staff members any shareholders and stakeholders of Best Western Plus hotel, an apology doesn't accomplish anything. The damage is done and any sort of 'oh sorry for your experience' is precisely the complacency that you settle with (almost too comfortably). People want accountability and results. Please provide me an email address or a point of communication to get my family and I a partial reimbursement for our horrible experience. Departure with a frown on July 26th, 2026.
