  Very disappointed about not having a coffee maker IN my room. I drink coffee throughout the day and it's a major comfort for when we are away from home, just the smell of brewing coffee helps make the room more comfortable. We got in later, 745pm. After checking in and realizing there was no coffee maker, I went back down at 9pm, the pots in the lobby were empty, so I asked the front desk for a coffeemaker. Fresh brewed decaf made a more relaxing evening :)

  i stayed from aug 14-15 and when i made my reservation i asked for a room with a hot tub and this was not what we got the room was basic and no hot tub and we was on the pool side where the noise was very loud with kids yelling and a lot of noise. when i addressed the situation they just said to call my rewards card number where i made my reservation and a lady went to talk to a manager in the back which never came out to talk with us and the lady said that basically there wasn’t nothing they could do for us. when i’ve had mistakes at other locations they’ve made it right and at other hotels. They didn’t at all help in this situation. we will be using other hotels in the future we come to this location often to visit friends

  Upon entering the hotel lobby, the facilities smelled brand new "Everything!" It is a super pleasant aroma. This hotel is immaculate. The Front Desk - Noelia - was very pleasant too. She put me in the perfect room. Glad to spend an additional night in the State of Pennsylvania

  I grew up in Reading and return from time to time to visit family and we always stay at the Best Western Plus Reading. It is a clean and reasonably priced hotel with great location, staff, and a very nice breakfast. Also there are always many other polite and friendly guests many of whom are Spanish speakers. Ti's just very comfortable. I would never stay anywhere else in the Reading area!

  Came here to escape July 4th Philly fireworks with our pup. Had a wonderful weekend. Super comfy beds, very friendly and accommodating front desk, great pool, decent breakfast. Great brewery with food down the street with a pup friendly patio! A lake with dog trails and dog beach about 20min drive away. Perfect for people travelling with (or without) their pup.
